Media Mission Statement

Pitt County School's Media Program believes that all Media Centers should be warm and inviting, vibrant and user-friendly hubs of the school that foster lifelong learning. Empowered by a highly-qualified staff, the Media Center provides flexible access to literacy and technology-rich resources. The Media Program creates opportunities that impact achievement and support intellectual pursuit, critical thinking, and collaborative ventures that prepare our students to be successful citizens in a globally competitive society of the 21st century.

Check Out Policy

Students may check out two books at a time for a two week period.  They may renew the book to keep it longer.  If a student has an overdue book or has lost a book, they must return the book/renew or pay for the lost book before they may check out any more books.
